Refund Policy

Paid orders and pre-orders cannot be cancelled or refunded due to market dictates. Customers can make needed amend to pre-orders at the early stage while instant orders cannot be adjusted due to our instant response to orders.

Orders that are fulfilled cannot be returned. We encourage customers to check their order at the delivery and pickup points.
