Refund and Returns Policy

All orders required within 48 hours are non-refundable. Once payment is made, preparation begins. For event catering booked in advance, refunds may be issued only if cancellation is requested at least 15 days before the event date. Cancellations made within 15 days of the event are not eligible for a refund, as ingredients, planning, and scheduling would have already commenced.

Return Policy

Orders that are fulfilled cannot be returned. We encourage customers to check their orders at the delivery and pickup points.
